Adding meta data to images is helpful because search engines put a lot of weight on actual content of your pages. Images are othewise overlooked by search engines if they have no associated text. Here we show you how to apply the image description (alt tag or alternate text tag) as well as the image name.

1.  Go to > Admin > Content > Pages and click on the page you want to open in edit mode.

2.  In the editing window place your cursor where you would like the image. Click on the "insert/edit image" icon in your tool panel.

3.  Choose your image. 

Give your image a description in the "Image description" field.

Give your image a title in the "Title" field.

Make your description and title both applicable to the content and the image itself.
