TIMELINE FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

One of our methods for keeping the cost down for the client, is by working efficiently within timelines and billable hours.
We aim to complete (new website) projects within a 2 week period. During this 2 week period, your project is prioritized above all other projects. The start of other projects is postponed till after this period. This is your time, to make the most of our resources.

PHASE 1 :: ALPHA

RECEIVE SPECS / WORK ORDER

• $500 Deposit (or 50% of estimate)
• Set up hosting and email accounts
• configure hosting server for your specific requirements
• install/ configure system core files.
• provide design mockups to client for feedback
• *sign-off on design
• build out design and function on server.

DAY 7: ALPHA RELEASE
invoice to date. paid before continuing

PHASE 2 :: BETA

REVISE SITE BASED ON CLIENT FEEDBACK

• Build out content. For sites with client-side admin panel, client may add their own content.
• Revise design
• Build out advanced features.
• Cross-browser testing (firefox / iexplorer / safari / opera / chrome)
• Run test transactions
• Payment processor integration (if applicable)

DAY 14 : BETA RELEASE
