WORK ORDER
- We need all work requests to be made in writing. Either by email or submitted in our *task manager.
- Please provide as much detail as possible (screen shots / urls). This will help us understand the request and deliver it most efficiently.
- We will not provide an estimate unless explicitly requested in the work order or if we estimate the task to require more than 2 hours.
- Most work orders will be completed within 1-7 working days. You may request priority sequence. Site emergencies (problems causing loss of revenue) are always prioritized.
* Task Manager: We use a task tracking application to organise our tasks. We sort tasks by project, priority and status. When we recieve a workorder we add it to the task manager and asign it to a developer. You may access this application directly to streamline the process.

KEEP YOUR COSTS DOWN :: CLIENT SIDE
There is a lot you can do as the client, to keep your costs down:
- Be specific and concise with your instructions.
- Have all your content ready prior to project start (unless we are developing your content)
- You should proof read and spell check your content prior to submitting it.
- Consider your revisions carefully. Decisions made on the spot often change
- Provide examples
- Keep it simple initially. Stick to the plan. We can always add more later.
WARRANTY
- We provide a 3 month warranty on Web Development. This covers errors, miscalculations or 'bugs' in the code. This does not cover changes made to suit your preferences or updates or revisions of any kind.
- We do not cover 3rd party applications.
- We never cover payment processors (3rd party).
- You may review your website pages and functions of your site within this 3 month period and make sure everything works as expected.
- If the website code has been tampered with by another source, this renders our warranty invalid.
SITE DATA
- We are not responsible for lost data.
- We will provide backup services as requested. Backups will be made at pre-determined intervals.
ETHICS
- We work with honesty and integrity.
- We bill fairly and never ‘pad hours’ or ‘gouge’
- We maintain confidentiality
- We will always treat you with respect and consideration
- We expect to be treated with respect and will not tolerate otherwise
- We always keep your best interests in mind when making decisions or suggestions on your project
